EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY

Plain Uniforms:
We accept returns or exchanges for plain uniforms. Contact us within 7 business days of receiving the merchandise to report any problems or complaints. We’ll research your claim and, if deemed our error, replace, exchange, or refund the item(s) after confirming their return. Please review our size chart before placing an order; returns due to wrong sizes are not accepted.

Custom Uniforms:
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for custom uniforms (with team name, logos, designs, or specific colors). We encourage ordering a customized sample for inspection. Once the Order Detail is approved and no sample is ordered, we’re not liable for any dissatisfaction.

Accessory Sales:
All accessories in package deals (Basketball Uniforms, Shooter Shirt, Backpacks, Socks etc.) are FINAL DEAL. No refund, return, or exchange.

Refund Policy:
Please be aware: Tim Ford Sports does NOT offer refunds. ONLY exchange, redo, or credit note for future orders.

Return Procedure:
Report all Tim Ford Sports uniform issues within 7 business days of merchandise receipt. Returns made after 30 days from the invoice date won’t be accepted. Submit claims and returns via email with detailed reasons and supporting photos if necessary. Our quality assurance department will review and address the claims. If it’s our error, we’ll replace or refund accordingly. If not, we reserve the right to deny the claim.
